2nd Annual Django By The Sea~ Gypsy Jazz Festival!

The premiere Gypsy Jazz festival in New England featuring internationally renowned musicians in a truly intimate setting.

John Jorgenson (headliner)a music virtuoso who is known for his mastery of a broad musical palette. Jorgenson has earned a reputation as a world-class musician, guitarist and has been dubbed the US Ambassador of Gypsy Jazz. He has collaborated with the likes of Elton John, Luciano Pavarotti, Bonnie Raitt and Bob Dylan and garnered recognition for contributing to numerous platinum-selling and GRAMMY-winning albums.

The Rhythm Future Quartet includes Jason Anick who is called a rising star in the world of jazz violin by Downbeat Magazine and Olli Soikkeli, a riveting, young guitarist who has played with Bucky Pizzarelli, Tommy Emmanual, and Andrea Öberg. Rounding out the quartet are Boston-based bassist/composer/band-leader Greg Loughman, and award-winning, 21-year-old guitar virtuoso from Vermont, Max O'Rourke.

Mes Amis features Bangor-based guitarist, vocalist and composer Steve Lynnworth. His band plays a mix of Gypsy, Latin and American jazz standards along with Lynnworths original compositions.
