The Solo Players #2--Tolula by Kikelomo Adedeji
When her illegal boyfriend, Rafi, returns home to Mexico, a heartbroken artist searches for solace in Tolula, New Mexicopopulation 298. Unable to find even a minimum wage job, she crosses the border to visit Rafi and falls in love all over again. Staying in Mexico is not an option for either of them but returning to the U.S. means Rafi will have to again pay a coyote to get him across the perilous borderthis time in the 120-degree heat of the Sonora desert.
