Then grab an apron for a hands-on cooking lesson, where youll use fresh summer ingredients in recipes with Californian-International flair: Zucchini and Potato Pancakes with Basil; Scallop and Shrimp Tostadas with Tequila, Lime and Garlic; Chicken Skewers with Spicy Peanut Sauce; Roasted Eggplant, Red Pepper and Garlic Dip with Crispy Pita Chips; Albondigas: Spanish-Style Meatballs in Almond, Garlic and Parsley Sauce. *Vegetarian options available*  Enjoy a meal of heavy appetizers with wines provided by tuttifoodie.com, an e-column for adventurous food-lovers. $45 per person.
