An exciting and very ridiculous puppet show bringing laughter to audiences young and old.
Worried about his bedridden, melancholic son, the King of Hearts calls for the greatest clown in the land, Arlecchino, to cheer up the prince. The prospect of Prince Tartaglia making a recovery is dreaded by conspirators and the wicked pair of traitors enlist help from Fata Morgana, a powerful witch. Sneaking into the palace, the witch casts a spell to make the prince mad for oranges!
Prince Tartaglia and Arlecchino set off to search the globe for these magical fruit. With help from the good witch Celia, the pair of adventurers barely escape becoming lunch of the giantess cook. Finally, when Tartaglia thinks he has found the Orange Princess of his dreams, she turns into a rat! How will the madness end? Come see in this commedia dell'arte marionette play.
