The Tequel Poetry Film Festival is a program of the California Institute of Arts and Letters, a nonprofit arts and publishing organization. The mission of the Institute is to create and maintain conversations that matter through publishing, film screenings, peer support networks, and community events. We are especially interested in prophetic voices, and visionary artiststhose who challenge our conscious understanding of purpose, place and meaning.
