Tuleyome

Woodland

Tuleyome, your local environmental advocacy organization, pays close attention to what we treasure in this land and continues to uphold a vision of protecting the agricultural and wild heritage of the Cache Creek and Putah Creek watersheds. We do it for the greater good of our own and future generations, striving to protect, restore and enhance the aquatic, riparian, and terrestrial environmental values in this bioregion, while maintaining a sustainable human landscape involving agriculture and other traditional uses. This is your Deep Home Place, so we give it our  greatest attention.

Since 2002 Tuleyome has worked as a volunteer advocacy-oriented nonprofit organization focused on protecting both the wild heritage and agricultural heritage of the Putah Creek and Cache Creek watersheds.  Protecting our local watersheds embodies and personifies our intentions and values for the future.  These values represent an integral part of our American character and, for many, a source of spiritual rejuvenation.
