Champaign-Urbana Girls Pint Out is the local chapter of the national organization Girls Pint Out, Inc. We want to grow a community of women in Central Illinois who love & support our regional craft beer movement and local businesses. We plan free & paid events, happy hours, brewery tours, holiday parties, and we have a monthly beer book club! We also share other local craft beer events on our Facebook page so people can stay in touch with their craft beer community. Girls Pint Out is a national craft beer organization for women. Our mission is to build a community of women who love craft beer and who are an active, contributing part of the greater craft beer community.
Through social media, blog posts, and local events hosted by chapters, Girls Pint Out offers a forum for discussion, education, and fun. Events are educational, charitable, and/or social. The majority of events are women-only, but sometimes men are invited.
Girls Pint Out originated in Indianapolis, Indiana in early 2010. The Girls Pint Out movement quickly spread to Arizona and Texas. Today Girls Pint Out has more than 90 chapters in 40 states, and Washington D.C.
