The 2011 Tasting Reception will showcase the rich culinary landscape of the San Jose area. This culinary treat will feature local farms, chefs, wineries, breweries, bakeries and other food purveyors. Delectable seasonal offerings like freshly squeezed orange, apple and pomegranate juices, winter veggies, citrus and exotic fruits from local growers, dried fruits, cheeses, fish, meats, dips, baked goods and much more will be enjoyed at the reception. Cooking demonstrations, wine and food pairings make this a highlight of the conference. $25. per person. Must be 21 years and older for the wine and beer tasting.
