YOLOW is a group of talented young musicians from the tri-county area committed to learning and performing the great works of classical music. YOLOW members must audition, and acceptance into the orchestra is highly competitive. YOLOW members experience the thrill of the artistic spirit through interaction with professional musicians and participation in the rigorous process of understanding a complex piece of music from initial reading to performance in front of live audiences. In addition to developing the musical talents of its members, YOLOW promotes valuable life skills such as dedication, leadership, and the ability to work together to produce something remarkable.
