Bottlecaps & Corks 2015: Beer and Wine Entry

In its second year, Bottlecaps & Corks is a competitive event for amateur beer and wine makers to showcase their brewer and/or vintner skill against a panel of judges' palettes along with a People's Choice award. Bottlecaps & Corks will be open to the public on Sunday, March 22, 2015 from 1:00-4:00 pm at Christiana Creek Country Club, with the winners from each category announce at 4:00 pm. Must be 21 to enter, please bring valid ID.

Entries for the competitions must be brought to Christiana Creek prior to the event, and amateur brewers and vintners must be available to distribute their beers and/or wines for the People's Choice competition. Brewers and vintners are encouraged to submit as many beers or wines as they would like, and to participate in both the People's Choice and Judging competitions.

Requirements for Entry to the Judging Competition*:
A minimum of three 12 ounce bottles (or the equivalent) of beer must be submitted for each entry. A minimum of one 750 mL bottle (or the equivalent) of wine must be submitted for each entry. All Judging Competition entries must be brought to the Bottlecaps & Corks event location (Christiana Creek Country Club) on the day of the event (March 22, 2015) between 10am-12pm.

Requirements for Entry to the People's Choice Awards*:
A minimum of one case of beer (or the equivalent) must be submitted for the People's Choice awards. A minimum of six bottles (750 mL each) of wine must be submitted for the People's Choice awards. All persons who submit entries for People's Choice are expected to serve their own brews or wines in accordance with the People's Choice competition guidelines. All People's Choice entries must be brought to the Bottlecaps & Corks event location (Christiana Creek Country Club) on the day of the event (March 22, 2015) before the event begins.

Please keep in mind that all beers and wines entered in the People's Choice Competition will also automatically be entered in the Judging Competition. If you would like to enter one beer or wine in the People's Choice, please select "One Entry People's Choice"; for two or more beers or wines, please select the appropriate amount of entries. You will only need to purchase one ticket, unless you also wish to purchase one entry for Judging only.
