Curious Palate Wine Tasting Class: Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir is one of the most highly prized wines in the world...and one of the most fickle! It is very susceptible to disease and pests, is very finicky about the weather, is difficult to ripen evenly, and is not as big as its noble cousins, in fact it's quite the opposite. Really, what's the fuss? Well, Pinot Noir wines express an outstanding and gentle flavor range depending on location and vintage, are beautiful in color and allow for truly sensational food pairings. In this class, you'll find out what makes this varietal so unique.
The Curious Palate is a tasting class series that is designed to explore the world of wine, beer and spirits and learn your palate in an intimate and friendly atmosphere. The Curious Palate is for the taster who wants to take their personal wine, beer and spirits experience to a new level by building knowledge...while having fun! Space is limited; reservations are required. Curious Palate Tasting Classes are $25.00 per person and includes the beverage tasting, paired food bites, and engaging education.
