Arts organization across the nation are having to redefine who they are, and who they want to be in relation to their communities. Join us for two engaging opportunities led by Carmen Morgan, national consultant to the arts, on best practices, coalition building, and possible next steps for collaboration for building a more inclusive arts community.
Creating Change! A Community Workshop Addressing Issues of Inclusion and Equity in Arts Institutions
This second portion of our event will take a much deeper and experiential look at the work of creating institutional change in our arts organizations. This full-day workshop will consist of both organizational tools and opportunities to explore your own individual commitment to issues of equity. Resource-sharing will be an important portion of this day.
