Stand-Up Comedy Class for Kids and Adults
Dear Stand-Up Comedy Fan:
Do you have a child that's always cracking jokes or being funny around the house? Do you have a kid that's always the class clown? Is your child interested in acting and theater, public speaking and the arts? Have you ever thought about doing stand-up comedy yourself? If you answered "Yes" to any of these questions, your son or daughter may be eligible of The Comedy Academy!
The Comedy Academy is a stand-up comedy and personal development training program for children, youth and adults. The classes are run by Las Vegas Celebrity Comedian Headliner Michael "Wheels" Parise and TickleMe Entertainment Owner Philip Peredo. The school is located in the Landero Learning Center on 9620 S. Las Vegas Boulevard and Silverado Ranch Road.
Give your child the opportunity to be surrounded by other kids with the same passion for comedy and acting. Let them get on stage and share their style of humor. Give them the tools to polish their craft while building their self-esteem and confidence. Help them find their unique voice.
For adults, you too will be surrounded by your peers trying their hand at stand-up comedy. Learning stand-up comedy helps with public speaking and being funny during meetings and speeches for work.
This is an opportunity you won't want to miss for you and your child. Free introductory class and enrollment begins Saturday, November 1st from 1:00-2:30 pm. See attached flyer.
We also have adult classes for ages 18-100. Feel free to also inquire on November 1st.
