Join us for Chef Dmitry Elperin's annual Thanksgiving-inspired cooking classes. Chef Elperin will guide you through the step-by-step process on how to prepare your very own luxurious feast. You will learn how to brine and roast a perfect turkey, as well as prepare some of his signature side dishes, including caramelized Brussels sprouts, and pies, such as the Woodside Partners Reserve pecan pie. After instruction, you will sit down to enjoy a grand family-style meal featuring the dishes in which you helped create, paired with a very special selection of wines.
