This event is an extension of a three-part series, which was held at the Fremont Branch Library meeting room, on October 5th, 12th, and 19th.
You can sign up for this event, even if you did not go to the other sessions. New students will consider seven structures and a variety of artwork in the Fremont neighborhood before choosing a structure and art as a base for their own design project.
Returning students from the October series can continue to develop their own building and art-form project or they may choose to develop a new project.
Materials will be provided for students to develop their projects. These sessions are for middle school and high school students.
The event is funded by the Fremont Chamber of Commerce and in part by a Neighborhood Matching Fund award from the City of Seattle, Seattle Department of Neighborhoods.
This event is not sponsored by the Seattle Public Library.
