Vendor Application for Holiday Ladies Night

Please read this guide in its entirety!

Event Date: Thursday, December 4, 2014

Event Time: 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Set-up and check-in will begin at 3:00 pm. You must be completely set up and ready to greet guests by 5:00 pm. Booth take down must not occur until 9:00 pm.

Event details: Participants will be treated in wall to wall shopping, special holiday discounts and specials, free gift wrapping, lots of great giveaways, mini pampering stations, cash bar, and scrumptious sweets! The purpose of the event is to provide a stress-free holiday shopping experience with an opportunity to spoil oneself as well!

Expected Guests: 100+ general admission; 30+ VIPs

Guest Cost: $5 general admission, $10 VIP ticket; general admission tickets can also be bought for $10 at the door starting at 5pm

Application Deadline: November 13, 2014

* If you are selling multiple product lines, you are required to purchase booth space for each product line.
* Payment is due at time of application and is non-refundable, unless application is declined. There will be a strong effort to limit similar companies in order to offer vendors a larger customer base and give customers a larger variety of products. Your understanding is appreciated.
* The organizer does not guarantee sales.
* The organizer and Eastworks are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
* Vendor and vendor personnel will comply with all vendor guidelines, fire codes, laws, ordinances, and regulations pertinent to health, fire prevention, and public safety. Failure to comply can result in expulsion from event without a refund.

Vendors are expected to provide a raffle item or basket.

Tables and chairs are provided. If you prefer to bring your own, please tell organizer. Vendors must provide own tablecloth(s). Placement of your booth is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of event staff.
