Mindful Eating Holiday Workshop
In this workshop, Dr. Angela Klein will cover the basics of mindful eating grounded in dialectical behavior therapy, with a holiday theme, and help you develop an individualized coping plan to help you end the year in a balanced way:
A radical alternative to dieting
Concrete tools to begin applying immediately
Informational materials and hands-on practice with food included
Supported by research, including investigations conducted by Dr. Klein.
About Dr. Klein
Dr. Klein is a licensed clinical psychologist and expert in mindful eating grounded in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). She specializes in eating disorder treatment and research and has been a DBT therapist since 2004. Her private practice, Centered Ground, is located in Encinitas. She also is an investigator at the University of California-San Diego's Eating Disorders Center for Treatment and Research.
