Headliner's Ball at Parlor Live Bellevue - November 5th
Parlor Live Bellevue presents Headliner's Ball with Cathy Sorbo and Xung Lam on Wednesday November 5th!
Cathy is a brilliant standup comedian who also sings supremely hilarious from her Songs of Filth Revue. She is based in Seattle and her real life experiences are the gems of her comedy material. Cathy's silliness perfectly complements her astute intelligence. She is one of our favorite human beings in this world, she is the one and only Cathy Sorbo.
Xung Lam is a veteran comedian who climbed the comedy and established himself as dynamic headliner. He continues to tour and rock audiences with laughter. He's witty, insightful and terribly funny. You don't want to miss a moment of his performance.
AND TJ's Mom, Mona Concepcion, has been added to the lineup so she can personally thank Team TJ for their support. She's also going to share some of her best material and some new jokes. Mona is the only female Chamorro comedian in the world. She has spent the last two years performing all over the west coast. She is the host and co-producer of comedy showcases at the Feedback Lounge in West Seattle and the Columbia City Theater. Mona's comedy cuts through the underbelly of life as a mom to two boys, wife of a much older white man, and Pacific transplant who learned about America through bad 90s TV.
These fabulous headliners will be joined Tyler Smith. He has recently headlined other showcases and been inducted into the Punchline Comedy Show's Wall of Fame.
Derek Sheen is our host and a tremendously talented comedian. He is a local legend in the comedy community and a unique talent. Derek will be recording his latest CD this fall in Portland. He's wickedly funny and someone that you must experience whenever you have the opportunity. This is truly a Headliner's Ball that you won't want to miss!
All ticket sale profits from this event will go to the TJ recovery fund. Mona Concepcion is one of our favorite local comedians. She recently spent 3 weeks in the hospital with her son. TJ is currently home and recovering from surgery. We hope to raise money so we can spoil this young man with presents and exciting activities. We almost lost this little guy so we look forward to making him feel better with a few special gifts.
The doors open at 7pm on Wednesday November 5th at Parlor Live Bellevue. Show starts at 8pm. This event requires a 2 item order per person and an automatic 20% gratuity. Attendees must be 18 years or older.
