**Robert Maddox vs. Staystrong**

Robert Maddox, aka NOOb; started his love affair with music even before entering the first
grade. After hearing the summer hit of '99 "I'm Blue" by Eiffel 65, his obsession with all forms of
EDM began. Originally hailing from Boise Idaho, but with ties in France, Switzerland, and the UK,
you could say Robert has a very cultured view on music.

As Robert grew more mature, so did his taste in EDM. His passion, turned into an obsession as
he discovered more complex genres; Melodic DnB, Electro House, and Hardstyle being a few
favorites. Wanting desperately to create his own sound, Mr. Maddox began experimenting with
many different kicks, sounds, and tempos, before taking a temporary hiatus.

Though not originally wanting to perform live, he was pushed by close friends and musical peers
to try his hat in DJ'ing. Robert Maddox made his live debut at KNC's "Nyan Neon dance party",
and it was a fantastic time!

Robert is influenced by many different genres, and cultures, but his obsession, is all things
hard dance.

Staystrong has been mixing for almost a year with most influencers from electro and Melbourne bounce. Staystrong moved to the states as a preteen and has been a fan of all music, even classical! Having played the violin for 13 years was avidly wanting to learn how to mix. With the help of some mentors and steady practice, he has been able to his get slightly better
