A Little Sumpin' Supper
Join us for a 4-course meal paired with beers from the Lagunitas Brewery, located North of San Francisco in Lagunitas, California, with expert Dustan Laufer on Thursday, October 23rd at 7 pm.

Dustan will guide you through 5 Lagunitas brews paired with a special 4-course menu from Fadó.

The dinner begins at 7:00pm and will end around 9:30pm. Check in begins at 6:30 pm and we suggest you arrive at least 20 minutes early.
Menu:
1st Course: Siracha Wings paired w/ Little Sumpin' Wild:
24 hour marinated wings, flash fried and tossed in Siracha and lime sauce
2nd Course: Winter Panzanella Salad paired w/ Lagunitas Pils
Warm roasted acorn squash, brussel sprouts, soda bread croutons, fresh ricotta, marinated tomatoes and pickled onions tossed in a maple vinaigrette
3rd Course:
Option 1: Beer Can Cornish Game Hen paired w/ Lagunitas Censored
Slow roasted Lagunita's Censored Beer-Can Cornish Game Hen with whiskey mushroom sauce, fingerling potato salad and lemon-thyme green beans & carrots.
OR
Option 2: Brown Sugar Glazed Thick Center-Cut Pork Chop paired w/ Lagunitas Censored
Grilled bone-in Center-Cut Pork Chop drizzled with a brown sugar glaze and then finished off with a "Censored Reduction Sauce". Accompanied with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and lemon-thyme green beans & carrots.
4th Course:
Pumpkin Pie & Salted Caramel Mini Cheesecakes w/ Hairy Eyeball
Two flavors of mini cheesecakes drizzled with caramel sauce and topped with fresh whipped cream
