Haunted Mill Tour
Welcome to the Blue Ox Millworks, a genuine Victorian sawmill and craftsman village tucked up against the bay. When fog rolls across the water and over the railroad tracks it's easy to believe the stories that workers tell, stories of strange noises, faces pressed against the window and cold breath tickling the back of your neck. Join us for seven nights of terror as the fearsmiths of the North Coast Repertory Theatre transform a functioning Victorian Mill into a Lovecraftian world of horror. While you wait, enjoy storytelling and interact with ghoulish characters in our Holding Area, then move on for a tour of the Blue Ox and all of its monstrous inhabitants. All money raised goes to support the North Coast Repertory Theatre and the Blue Ox Living History Park.

Will-Call Check-in Procedure
When you purchase a ticket or tickets, your name will be placed on a will-call list. Please come to the will-call check-in at least 15 minutes before your time slot with a photo ID matching the name on the ticket purchase. Tickets will not be released to anyone but the person who made the purchase, and will not be released without a photo ID. If you are purchasing tickets for others, please be prepared to pick them up yourself.
Please come to will-call check-in before your time slot begins to secure your place in the tour. Late arrivals will be placed in the next available tour slot on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are not checked in 15 minutes prior to your time slot, your space in the tour will be released.
Pre-sale tickets are good only for the date and time purchased. If you are late, we will do our best to work you into a later time slot if one is available. Tickets are not valid for any other date of the tour. There will be no refunds issued for missed tours.
Disclaimer
This is a rated R tour and children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. While the Holding Area is handicap accessible, the tour route is not. If you are not comfortable walking on rough terrain and climbing stairs, we do not recommend that you take our tour.
The Blue Ox Haunted Mill Tour has a zero-tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use on the premises, and intoxicated attendees will be asked to leave without a refund. There will be an exit point halfway through the tour for the easily terrified. There will be no refunds if you leave the tour early.
