Arts & Above takes over Studio 108 at 1155 5th St. in Oakland to present a curated portfolio of their latest works. This one night event will feature everything from films and installations, to live performances in multiple spaces in and outside the gallery.
ABOUT ARTS & ABOVE
Founded in 2014, Arts & Above brings to life the creative energies of Kate Jordan and Bruno Augusto. Simply put, Arts & Above is Kate and Bruno. Together, they are wholly driven by the desire to present works drawing from human experiences. Arts & Above's productions deliberately collapse conventional boundaries between the audience, movement, objects, sounds, and texts, not for the sake of creating chaos, but to encapsulate specific moments and provide the viewers with glimpses of a short journey; a picture in time.
