Cooking Around the World with Blu
The Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel, Chicago invites you to join us for intimate, hands on cooking classes with our Executive Chef Christian F. Gaborit. Classes focus on different cuisines, techniques, and styles. Cooking classes are three hours and take place in one of the hotel's homely event spaces. Each class features an entertaining and informative lesson by our chef-instructor plus you get to participate in each step of the cooking so you can master the techniques at home. Chef Gaborit will discuss the ins and outs of each recipe, give you valuable tips, and coach you as you work together with other guests in small groups to prepare the dishes. You'll sit down at the end of class to feast upon the fruits of your labor with your new friends.
