Embracing Cultures: A Fundraiser for BCCC RYP!
Join us for an elegant evening of drinks, dinner, and dancing in support of BCCC Refugee Youth Project! Thanks to Baltimore City Association of School Psychologists for choosing RYP for their annual charity event. With a partnership like this, Embracing Cultures is sure to be the event of the year!

You'll also have a chance to purchase RYP's new book, Embracing the Free State, which features youth voices from six different countries. It shares stories compiled from RYP students who were forced to flee their homes and come to the United States. RYP hopes these narratives will be used as a tool to create empathy and understanding within classrooms, schools, and communities.
*All proceeds will be donated to the BCCC Foundation on behalf of the RYP.*
ABOUT BCCC Refugee Youth Project:
Supports 300 newly arrived refugee youth each year by assisting with integration, education, college prep, homework and STEM classes. They run after-school, summer school and mentoring programs in Baltimore and the surrounding areas.

ABOUT BCASP:
A professional organization representing approximately 100 school psychologists who work within Baltimore City's Public Schools. They have raised more than $15,000 in the past 5 years to support organizations working youth in Baltimore. This year, BCCC Refugee Youth Project was chosen as their cause.
