Brews of The Bruery Beer Dinner at Culina, Modern Italian, 10/16/14
Join us on Thursday, October 16th for our second annual beer dinner featuring world-class brewery The Bruery. Enjoy The Bruery's finest craft beers paired with a multi-course menu created by Culina Chef Mette Williams.
In addition, those in attendance will be privy to an exclusive tasting of a very limited special release!
This dinner will begin at 7 pm and will take place in the restaurant's Private Dining Room.
Cost: $85 per person (all inclusive).
Seating for this event is limited, so be sure to purchase your tickets early.
MENU:
Tradewinds Tripel (draft)
Food: shrimp and scallop ceviche, purple basil, fresno chili, avocado and taro root crisps
Humulus Lager (draft)
Food: grilled flatbread, smoked pancetta, gruyere, beer braised onions, thyme
Mischief (draft)
Food: crispy fried chicken, Mischief BBQ sauce,crispy potatoes, beer battered pickles, mustard dipping sauce
White Chocolate (bottle)
Food: almond cake, fresh raspberries ,white chocolate and raspberry beer gelato
