Young Frankenstein, The Musical!
Dr. Frederick Frankenstein, a physician lecturer, tries to disassociate himself from his legacy. The story unfolds in song, dance and a humorous script when he is informed that he has inherited his family's estate in Transylvania and discovers that the villagers do not want him to create another monster.
The show is based on a book by Mel Brooks and Thomas Meehan, has music and lyrics by Mel Brooks, original direction and choreography by Susan Stroman.
There are 20 students in this MHS LimeLight Players production. Blake Spence is director, Rodrigo Vega is vocal director, Karen Conrad is pit orchestra director and Gina Montalto is choreographer. Set design, Dr. Roger Keller.
