In this series, participants will be invited on a hands-on culinary journey through the Arab world, discovering the history, culture, and science behind some of the Arab world's most essential dishes and seizing the opportunity to produce them with your own hands. In this class, participants will learn to make a staple of Palestinian home cooking maqloubeh. Literally meaning "upside down," maqloubeh is a tasty dish of rice, meat and vegetables that is cooked in a pot and flipped upside down to be served.

*ACCC member rates valid for members with a current 2014 ACCC membership. Annual membership expires Dec. 31st of each year.
Must be 15 years of age or older and minors are to be accompanied by a parent unless otherwise approved by instructor.
