Detangling, Common Baby/Toddler Hair Care Issues, Tools & Product Recommendations, and Quick & Easy Styling Tips

All participants will receive a Resource Guide to take home, coupons and an entry into our Fall raffle drawing. After the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to book a discounted one-on-one hair consultation with Alexandra for your child. She will write down a recommended hair care regimen, specifically for their hair.

About the Facilitator:
Alexandra Slayden learned to braid at age 8 and started doing hair at her mother's daycare center at 9. At that time she braided and combed the hair of a girls whose moms were having a hard time, due to lack of experience with styling and maintenance for their child's hair type.
In 2010, she graduated Vici Beauty School. Alexandra has worked at Stylez Talks, the Boston Store Salon and at Sundra D's Phase I. She credits Sundra for teaching her a lot about hair. In 2013, she did all the models hair for the Milwaukee Natural Hair Expo.
She has a passion for educating people about the great things natural hair is capable of and about the many every day products they can use to nourish it. She is currently working on a homemade protein conditioner.
