They have roots hailing from South Carolina, the mid-west and to CA, that blend together to make a great, soulfully rocking sound. ODELL consists of: Dell Parker- lead vocals, songwriter Justin Pyne- music director, keyboard, vocals, Quinten Cohen- drums, percussion, vocals Alex "Wilky" Wilson- Bass
GUTHRIE GALILEO
Producer and performer of alternative R&B music that is derived from an eclectic blend of influences and a desire to express the realities of human experiencethe good, the bad, and always, the most sincere. He has produced a half dozen projects, including an EP released by San Francisco-based label, In Space & Time Records, called Sauce Vapor. He is currently working on new material, the sounds of which prove both sexy and sophisticated.
OVA NOVA
A stylishly smooth, yet gritty cello and violin duo that infuses thumping electronic beats with celestial harmonies. Cellist/singer/songwriter Artemis de Cello and violinist/singer/songwriter/producer Kirana Peyton formed Ova Nova after an invitation to open for Amanda Palmer. Artemis and Kirana had developed a mutual respect and admiration of each other's musicality over their many years sharing the stage in San Francisco Bay area venues. During their individual careers, they have wowed audiences at The Great American Music Hall, 12 Galaxies, and The Mystic Theater; opened for such talents as Les Claypool, Nick Cave's Grinderman, and Alejandro Escovedo; and rocked the stage at festivals such as Burning Man and Harmony Festival. Ova Nova is currently in the studio shaping sound waves and weaving song stories for an EP due out later this month. Experience Ova Nova's symphonic glamtronic with moxie at a venue near you.
THE LINDA FERRO TRIO
Seasoned performing songwriter, Linda Ferro, joins with 2 other members of The Linda Ferro Band for musical fun as they explore exciting, new musical territory. In addition to Linda's original songs and cover tunes in the Blues, Rock and Funky Pop genres, the trio also plays some light Jazz and strong Latin rhythms. Linda Ferro is the keyboardist and primary vocalist for the trio, bringing her passion for the song to the trio. With her synthesizer, she is able to perform songs and instrumentals that call for acoustic and electric piano, vibes, organ, electronic bass and other entertaining sounds. Enthusiast percussionist and vocalist Mal Tornay has way too much fun with a wide variety of traditional and "found" percussion items that he can "smack" to make great percussive sounds and keep the rhythms strong and engaging in the trio. Elmar Kurgpold, who plays sax and secondary percussion in the full band, is a multi-instrumentalist who also adds acoustic guitar and fretless bass to the sounds of the trio. Elmar also has a handful of fully- arranged backing tracks of popular tunes that he plays his Sax along with, which adds yet another dimension to the trio.
THE HOWLIN' TRAMPS
Dynamic duo, The Howlin' Tramps highlights Shelby Smith on a modified drum kit while she plays bass and sings lead while accompanied by guitar and vocals.
DJ LOISAIDA from UnderGround Un-Limited
NYC born and raised, DJ Loisaida from UnderGround Un-Limited rounds out the evening by playing non-stop music between sets to keep the creative energy flowing during the panoramic musical journey.
