University of Washington School of Music welcomes UW Music Alumni, Pianist, and composer Christopher Boscole to perform on their 9' Steinway D concert grand piano in the Acoustically Designed Brechemin Auditorium located on the first floor of the Music building on UW campus. Christopher performs inspiring, reflective, and meditative original compositions in impressionist style for solo piano. In over 25 year career Boscole has released 9 CD's that have been well received and popular in new age, ambient, jazz and world music radio formats.

DIRECTIONS: Brechemin auditorium is on the first floor of the east end of the Music Building in the heart of the UWs upper north campus. Arrive early for best selection of Free campus parking available.
From I-5, exit east onto N.E. 45th Street to 17th Avenue N.E. Turn right onto 17th Avenue N.E., stop at the gatehouse and tell the attendant you are going to a School of Music event at Brechemin Auditorium.
From Highway 520, exit north onto Montlake Boulevard N.E. Turn left onto N.E. Pacific Street. Turn right and head north on 15th Avenue N.E. Turn right and head east on N.E. 45th Street. Cross 15th Avenue N.E. and take the next right on 17th Avenue N.E. Stop at the gatehouse and tell the gate attendant you are going to a School of Music event at Brechemin Auditorium.

Christopher Boscole is an American pianist, composer, and teacher. In over 25 years he has produced 9 albums of music, with 6 focusing on solo piano. He is also a Whisperings artist: His composition "Angel of Bliss" from "Presents of Angels" is also featured on the Whisperings Radio Solo Piano compilation "Music to Quiet Your World." Boscole has a Master of Music in Jazz Piano Performance, Master in Teaching, Bachelor of Arts in Music and also studied privately with Mikiko Miyamoto and Gary Peacock. He names Keith Jarrett, Bill Evans, Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, Oscar Peterson, George Winston, David Lanz, Michael Jones, Liz Story, David Nevue, David Benoit, Dave Grusin, Ralph Towner, John McLaughlin, Frederic Chopin, Claude Debussy, Erik Satie, Maurice Ravel, J.S. Bach, and Philip Glass as just a few of his musical influences.
