Created in the likeness of the king of psychological thrillers, Alfred Hitchcock, the MacGuffins are your typical All-American nuclear family. When James brings his girlfriend Karen home for dinner and a little "studying", a surreal event occurs that turns his whole world upside down. Hilariously disconcerting antics unfold as James tries desperately to explain to his family what's happening, and an average dinner with the MacGuffins turns into a strangely comical ride that will cause you to challenge your perception of reality.
