Province at Naked Kitchen with Chef Lee Opelinia
Chef Lee Opelinia, former sous chef to Chris Kajioka at Vintage Cave in Honolulu has returned to his hometown of San Francisco. Vintage Cave is one of the most talked about new restaurants in the country getting the attention from the likes of Food and Wine Magazine and James Beard. Prior to Vintage Cave, Lee Opelinia trained under Chef Ron Siegel at The Dining Room at The Ritz Carlton and then at Parallel 37.
On September 14, 2014 Chef Lee Opelinia would like for you to join him as he celebrates his culture through food in a nine* course tasting menu. Unfamiliar to many, he will interpret Filipino cuisine within refined techniques, balancing flavors while utilizing both farmer's market ingredients and produce found widely in Filipino recipes.
Choose between the Chef's VIP table ($100 per person) or General Dining Room seats ($75 per person). This is a BYOB event to bringing your favorite bottle of wine, beer or spirit is highly encouraged.
Dinner will start promptly at the specified time so please plan accordingly. Early arrival is suggested.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Meat, fish, shellfish, and nuts will be used throughout the meal. Due to the exclusivity and intimate setting, we will not be able to accommodate any food restrictions.
