National Pit Bull Awareness Day 2014 - "Celebrating America's Dog" Booth Sponsor
October 25th, 2014 is National Pit Bull Awareness Day and local non-profits SoCal Pitbull TEAM and OC Pit Bull Rescue are joining forces for this year's patriotic-themed event "Celebrating America's Dog". The event is expected to draw over 100-150 people and their pets and we are limiting booth sponsors to just 25 total. There will be adoptable dogs, costume contest, professional photo booth, parade, training demos, and MORE! The following sponsorship levels are available:
Non-Profit: $50 (must provide 501c3 or Articles of Incorp)
Booth Sponsor A: $200
Booth Sponsor B: $100 PLUS raffle item equal to or greater than $100 value (requires itemized receipt or letter on company letterhead indicating value based on MSRP)
All booth sponsor levels (A & B)include booth space, logo on t-shirt and red carpet signage.
Costume Contest will be judged by a "celebrity" panel of our booth sponsors randomly chosen by draw so be sure to let event staff know upon arrival if you would like your company/organization to participate!
The Fine Print:
All vendors must provide their own table and pop-up tent. Fee is for space and license only.
All vendors SELLING merchandise or PROMOTING their business must add the City of Huntington Beach to their seller's permit and provide printed proof by visiting:
http://www.boe.ca.gov/info/reg.htm
Any other rescue groups are welcome to be a booth sponsor but we will not allow adoptable dogs at the booth. All adoptable dogs must be registered for the event with their handlers.
Set up starts at 8:00AM the day of the event. The event runs from 9AM to 1PM with breakdown immediately to follow.
