For more than a decade, Lisa has shared a personal connection with her fans. From her evolution as a songwriter to her performances with legendary artists to her work with the healing benefits of music & sound, Lisa has invited us in to relate our own life experiences and journey we are all on together. For the past 12 years, she has been writing and performing songs that make a difference through positive, empowering lyrics at venues throughout Colorado, across the country and internationally. Janis Kelly is on a mission to elevate, educate and activate your body, mind and SOUL! A life-long musician, performer, and musical instigator, Janis has spent more than 30 years inviting, inciting and igniting musical passion and potential whenever and wherever she can! In 2006, after more than two decades as a professional jazz and r&b vocalist, Janis began composing, recording and performing her own music, which she calls "higher vibe soul:" funk, jazz, gospel and Latin rhythms, combined with an inspirational, life-affirming message. She has since gone on to record more than 100 of her original songs and chants and is currently at work on her fourth album project, "Go Ahead & Love," due to be completed in 2015.
