Slow Food Sunday South Shore: Sunday Supper, Heritage and Heirlooms
Join us September 21st at Granor Farm in beautiful Three Oaks Michigan.
With our 2nd dinner we will be focusing on Heritage breed animals and Heirloom produce from the area.
You will get a tour of the farm and see how Granor produces such great produce.
The Chef team for the night will be
Luke Caenepeel of Journeyman Distillery, Three Oaks Michigan
Nathan Freiburger of Oak and Alley, Warsaw Indiana
Rachel Murphy of Spire, La Porte Indiana
We will be pouring beer from Tapistry Brewing out of Bridgman MI and wine from Domaine Berrien Cellars out of Berrien Springs MI.
