In his poem "Axe Handles," Gary Snyder writes about the relationships
between poets, how, metaphorically, in the words of Ezra Pound, "When
making an axe handle the pattern is not far off."  In this poetry
reading, Kim Bui Burton, George Lober and Elliot Ruchowitz-Roberts
explore the relationships between their poems and the poems of other
poets, between "model/And tool, craft of culture,/How we go on."
