LXV Wine - Indian Luncheon in the Willow Creek Barn (SUN, SEP 7TH)
Our next Indian luncheon will be on Sunday, September 7th at 12pm.
In the spirit of the beginning of harvest, this luncheon will be dedicated to SPICES! Spices are my muse - to combine them with seasonal produce gives creative joy ! I will be doing short discussion on spices and what spices do to food. We will enjoy dishes inspired by specific spices, and a dish that will be a culmination of the many spices into an exotic dish - the Indian biryani.
