While the Governor has declared Virginia as the 'Oyster Capital of the East Coast,' the love and passions for this culinary treasure has been around for decades. We'll let you guess what's on the menu this day at Ker Place as Dr. Paul Ewell gives us a glimpse of the very serious conflicts that occurred in our waters not so long ago.
