C510 Super Cat
The C510 Super Cat is an adventure-style alley cat bike event through the East Bay, designed by the C510 bike club. The start and end point will be in Joaquin Miller Park in Oakland on September 7, 2014.
There will be 4 or 5 checkpoints along the course which each athlete must cross, but how each rider gets to and from these checkpoints and to the finish is completely open. Choose YOUR own adventure. Riders should anticipate 50-60 miles for the event.
The fastest finisher to cross all checkpoints will win the coveted Chrome jersey!
Checkpoint information will be given out the morning of the event. There will be a barbeque, beverages and schwag at the end of the event.
Aside from having a great day of riding in the gorgeous East Bay hills, this event will help to raise awareness and money for the Alameda Food Bank. We encourage all entrants to raise $50 for the Alameda Foodbank. More information on how to raise money can be found on the C510 facebook page: www.facebook.com/crocker510.
