2014 Lakeside Drop In 7/23

Basic Training skaters are invited to attend the beginner's class taught by GGRD at Lakeside Rink in Prospect Park.

This ticket is for a single drop in class for Basic Training skaters. You must be enrolled in the current Basic Training session to attend at this rate.

Class Description:
Learn how to skate from the Gotham Girls Roller Derby coaches!
This 8 week course will teach basic skating skills and introduce beginner roller derby skills including form, stops and safe falls.
Build strength and confidence on the rink whether you are an aspiring derby skater or just interested in learning to skate like one!

Wednesdays 7:30-9pm

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
Quad roller skates, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards and helmet. Mouth guard recommended.
Skates and protective equipment available for rental.
