Farm Dinner in the Field at Holbrook Farm
Join us for an evening of amazing food, wine & beer and good will at the 2014 Farm Dinner in the Field! Hosted at Holbrook Farm in Bethel, the evening will celebrate the harvest with a collaboration between top Connecticut Chefs. The special Sunday supper will include dishes by Chef Matt Stanczak of Stanziato's Pizza, Chef Morgan Vondle of Mezon Tapas Bar and Chef Tony Pham of Pho Vietnam and Mecha Noodle Bar. Sourcing ingredients right from the farm, the meal is guaranteed to deliver the freshest in-season flavors.
The evening begins at 4:30pm with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres as guests mingle and tour the farm at their leisure. Our freshly cooked dinner along with wine and local beer is served family style at 5:30pm at candle-lit tables under a beautiful sailcloth tent.
Proceeds go to Circle Camps for Grieving Children, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides a free one-week summer camp for girls ages 9-16 who have experienced the death of a parent. To learn more about Circle's mission, please visit CircleCamps.org.
Tickets are limited, so we encourage guests to purchase early!
TICKET POLICIES
There will be no tickets available on the day of the event, so please purchase your ticket in advance. There are no refunds.
VIP TICKETS
With a VIP ticket, you'll receive the 2014 limited edition Circle Camps beaded bracelet, made by hand by the Horne family whose daughters attend camp each year. The perfect addition to a stack of stylish bangles (blue bracelet shown).
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
As the dinner will include ingredients sourced from the farm, we are unable to accommodate many dietary restrictions. Please contact us prior to purchasing a ticket with questions as we will be unable to accommodate requests made on the day of the event.
AGE REQUIREMENT
This event is for adults 21+ as alcohol will be served.
