Lloyd Martin Chef Sam Crannell with Sommelier Shannon Borg
Bella Luna Farms is honored to welcome chef Sam Crannell from Seattle's notable LloydMartin restaurant and Sommelier & author Shannon Borg for an intimate dinner. Ms. Borg will be pairing West Coast Sustainable, Organic and Biodynamic Wines with each of Chef Crannell's delicious courses.
Our evening will begin with a guided tour of the tranquil and breathtaking grounds, followed by time to mix, mingle and enjoy wine and appetizers in the garden. Dinner and dessert will follow in our elegant stone and glass Grape House.

Sam Crannell Sam's dream of opening a neighborhood restaurant comes to fruition with Lloyd Martin, the head-turning Queen Anne destination. Receiving notable reviews from the city's best critics, Lloyd Martin distinguishes itself through creative dishes, exotic game meats, and housemade ingredients that reflect Sam's innate ability to foster seasonally dynamic, astounding dishes. With over 10 years of professional experience and a lifetime of creating his own unique favorites, Sam takes his culinary inspirations and shares them with his guests every night at Lloyd Martin.
Dan Matthiesen Dan is a Washington native raised in Watcom county, where he learned to fish and crab at an early age. Dan's favorite passtime is eating butter clams fried in butter and crabbing with the family. With over 10 years professional experience Dan loves making homemade pasta daily at the restaurant LloydMartin.
Tracey Stoner Crannell Chef Tracey started her 20 years of experience cooking on the east coast and has since traveled an cooked in more that 12 states. With a passion for local ingredients and a true gift with pastry, her cooking style is a little old, a little new with a touch of groovy heart & soul.
Sommelier:
Shannon Borg Shannon is a sommelier, writer, editor, poet, wine educator and oyster fan. She writes about wine for Seattle magazine, and is the author of The Green Vine: a Guide to West Coast Sustainable Wines, Chefs on the Farm: Recipes and Inspiration from Quillisascut Farm School of the Domestic Arts, and a book of poems, Corset.
