Vegas Unplugged
Since it's inception in 2011 the Vegas Unplugged Music Festival has been a
community based acoustic musical event, featuring world class musicians, food,
and art. Having previously been a purely "Indie Festival," funded by founders,
(Stuart Carter Smith and Mundo Juillerat), Vegas Unplugged is partnering with the
City of Las Vegas, and keeping the festival in Downtown Las Vegas!  We have one rule for the artists: Whatever your genre or thing is- do it! Just do it acoustically!!  This event
will be held in the beautiful Historic Fifth Street School, on Saturday August 23rd, 2014.

In years previous it has been our goal to give back to the community. We're excited
to continue our association with Opportunity Village's Fine and Entertainment Arts program. Opportunity Village's "Roaring Thunder" will continue their Vegas Unplugged tradition by kicking off the festival with a performance. Washburn Guitars/US Music Corp.
(one of our musical sponsors) will be donating an acoustic guitar to be auctioned with
the proceeds benetting Opportunity Village. Tickets are $10 advanced and $15 at the door.

We are actively seeking sponsors to take Vegas Unplugged to the next level. While we have the connections to approach and bring a major artist or two to Las Vegas we need sponsorships to secure the talent. (Past Vegas Unplugged artists have been Sony recording artist/Vegas headliner,Frankie Moreno, and Jennifer Batten-guitarist for Michael Jackson and Je Beck.)
