Seasons of Seafood Dinner Series - Wild Coho Salmon
For the second installment of Seasons of Seafood we are very excited to explore all things pink. Featuring wild Coho Salmon along with Rose wines. Our curator for this fabulous summer evening is the Chef de Cuisine of Cafe Presse, Andre "Dre" Neeley. Come experience a 4-course dinner in the beautiful Pike Place Market Atrium with lovely pink wines.
A portion of the proceeds will support an educational cooking experience for children.
Please note that due to limited space and a set menu, there will be no substitutions and we can not accommodate dietary restrictions.
