Gayle (Brooklyn)
Trained and founded through the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York City, Gayle is a six member indie improv team. Each show is completely different, completely improvised, and super fun. What makes Gayle's shows unique is that each show is organic, that the team makes big, absurd character choices that remain grounded and justified and by a show's end the members have found intelligent, creative ways of exploring themes and connecting scenes and characters to one another.
Forever Fifteen (Ferndale)
Forever Fifteen is an improv duo featuring Joe Hingelberg & Travis Pelto of Ferndale, MI. The two have been improvising together since the age of 15, and were lucky enough to have a high school improv club where they met. Both have been improvising, writing, and performing together and separately since then. Their improv sets are a reflection of this history: fast paced scenes, big, dynamic characters and high energy sets are the norm between the two.
