Reserve your front row seat today to the NEXT big thing!
NEXT:The Salon, in partnership with the National Black Arts Festival, is a celebration of the city's hottest and brightest writers, poets, visual artists and musicians -- those right on the cusp of stardom. On Thursday, July 31, we will showcase the ground-breaking work of four incredible artists: visual artist Fahamu Pecou, playwright Michael Molina, vocalist Brenda Nicole Moorer and spoken word artist Jon Goode.
But NEXT is about more than art for art's sake. This interactive salon encourages real-time collaboration between the artists, their fans and other champions of the arts in attendance to participate in an evening of high-level connecting, candid conversation and soul-baring performances. In short, a Harlem Renaissance of our times!
Won't you join us on Thursday, July 31 from 7- 10 p.m. at Hammonds House Museum at 503 Peeples Street SW -- located in Atlanta's historic West End district, for one of the highlights of the 2014 National Black Art's Festival!
