Crisis and Clarity: U.S., Middle East and Beyond with Thomas Friedman
The Mizel Museum presents New York Times Columnist and three-time Pulitzer Prize winning author Thomas Friedman in conversation at the Seawell Ballroom in the Denver Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday, Oct. 26, 2014, at 7:00 pm.

This program is part of the Mizel Museum's focus on The Power of Place, a universal theme for people of all backgrounds, with particular significance within Jewish culture. Friedman will present on the power of place in a global context.

Thomas L. Friedman is an internationally renowned author, reporter, and New York Times columnist, the recipient of three Pulitzer Prizes and the author of six bestselling books, among them "From Beirut to Jerusalem" and "The World Is Flat." Friedman has written extensively on foreign affairs, including global trade, the Middle East, globalization, and environmental issues. His body of work has often focused on how place factors into our identities, lives and connections.
             
Dan Senor, a Former Bush Administration official, adjunct fellow at Council on Foreign Relations, and co-founder of the Foreign Policy Initiative (FPI) will moderate the program.
