Bright Box Theater and Kaleidoscope Comedy continue to bring the the funniest comedians in the biz to Winchester! For the month of July we feature the hilarious talents of Tina Giorgi and Sonya King.
TINA GIORGI
Tina Giorgi is a crowd-pleasing, intelligent comedienne. Reviewers refer to her performances as "comedy with a brain." She is a favorite act in major clubs across the country and a constant performer in New York City and Las Vegas.
Tina is a versatile entertainer with a resume that includes television and radio appearances, comedy club performances and writing and acting credentials. She has been featured on CBS's Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn, Comedy Central's Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn, NBC's Friday Night, among many others.
She has opened for Bill Maher, Bobby Collins, Gilbert Gottfried, Lewis Black, David Brenner, Bob Nelson, and Air Supply.
SONYA KING
Starting in 1999 she began working her way across the nation toiling on the comedy club circuit while performing college dates and corporate events.
She has done voice over work, written for radio, and even has her own weekly radio segment for Cumulus Media. Sonya won the Carnival Cruise Competition which led to a great deal of work for various cruise lines. She can be seen in the independent film "Two Days Back", and appeared on Good Morning America on ABC, but really stirred things up with her appearance on ABC's The View with Barbara Walters and Joy Behar. That led to an appearance with Joy at famed Caroline's Comedy Club in New York City.
This is a show you have to put on your must see list. Sonya is not just deadpan
she actually killed the pan!
