Join Kate McDermott, creator of Art of the Pie, for the ultimate pie and pastry experience on beautiful Whidbey Island, WA. During this 5-day culinary retreat, Kate will share with you her skill, secrets, recipes, and deep love of pie making. This very popular event sells out quickly! Pie Camp attracts pie lovers from all over the country who enjoy getting their hands in dough, baking pies and sharing laughter, stories and recipes.
Whether you are a pie expert or a beginning pie maker, Pie Camp meets all levels of experience. Pie Camp will be full of butter, flour, lard and love!
When:
Arrive: Thursday, November 6th 3:30-5pm
Depart: Monday, November 10th 11am
Where:
Pie Camp November 2014 will take place at The Quintessa, a beautiful estate on the south end of Whidbey Island, WA. It is 1.5 hrs away from SeaTac International Airport.
What's Included:
Breakfasts, most lunches*, and catered dinners with wine.
(Saturday lunch is on your own in the seaside village of Langley)
4 nights lodging at The Quintessa (shared accommodations)
Baking sessions, equipment, supplies and tools.
Plus the option to explore the beautiful seaside village of Langley, WA.
Yours to keep will be recipes, a pie pan, rolling pin, an Art of the Pie Apron, plus new friends and many wonderful memories.

50% of your registration is refundable if cancelled by September 6, 2014.
No Refund on cancellations after September 6, 2014.
