French Cooking With Chefs Jacques Boiroux & Dominique Place

Participants can choose to attend either the August 28 or 29 session. Participants are limited on a reservation basis so register early to reserve your place. This 3 hour class includes: cooking class demonstrations by Chefs Jacques and Dominique, menu tastings with wine, menu recipes and an apron.
Renowned Seattle French Chefs Jacques Boiroux and Dominique Place will offer MISCA and FEN members and friends a private cooking class on your choice of two dates in the fabulous home kitchen of Chef Jacques. Chef Dominique will demonstrate how to make his famous Crêpes with various savory & sweet fillings and also how to make the perfect Onion Soup Gratinée. Chef Jacques will demonstrate how to make a Fillet of Beef Wellington and a Carpaccio of Salmon with a Medley of Fresh Herbs.
The cost for MISCA and FEN members is $80/person and for non-members is $90/person. Reservations are non-refundable.
